Rundle Mountain, Banff National Park
This distinctive mountain was named for Robert Terrill Rundle, a Methodist Missionary who traveled among the Indian tribes of the Rockies and adjacent plains during the 1840's. The summit is a prominent landmark near Banff and portions of its southeast face are popular with high-angle climbers.
